Role overview

At HCF, the primary focus of the Corporate Marketing Specialist is to support the growth of corporate partnerships. You will be responsible for executing and implementing ongoing multi-channel campaigns designed to enhance and expand these partnerships. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing activities with business objectives and driving lead growth across corporate and referrer programs.

In your position, you will contribute to the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel campaigns and collateral for corporate and referrer products. You will lead and manage corporate initiatives such as webinars, activations, and events, overseeing the promotion of collateral, FAQs, and stakeholder management. It will be essential to ensure that all promotions and activities are executed to high standards, within deadlines, and in compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Additionally, you will monitor and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimisations and sharing key insights with the broader team and business units. Administrative support will also be a significant part of your role, including managing project timelines, risk and compliance, Jira board management, legal and brand reviews, budget tracking, invoice processing, WIP documentation, campaign folder administration, asset management, and campaign reporting.

About you

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in communications or advertising/ marketing or related fields. Have at least 5 years proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and corporate programs. A strong ability to align activities with business objectives and identify lead-generating opportunities. Excellent stakeholder management skills, proficiency in project management tools, and strong organisational and communication abilities are essential. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards are crucial for success in this role.
