Role overview

The Member Marketing Journey Lead (MMJL) will lead the strategic plan to stitch Audience journeys together from Prospect to Member and Member to Prospect. The MMJL will be responsible influencing and driving key audience journeys, that align to the broader Marketing and HCF goals and KPIs, whilst keeping the member and audiences at the forefront.

This highly specialised MMJL role, will be a key lead role within the Audience Centre of Excellence (ACE) and more broad Marketing team, which will prepare Marketing and the broader business for true omni-channel operations and enhancing our ability to engage our audiences across multiple AdTech, MarTech and other digital platforms seamlessly. The MMJL will also be responsible for the delivery of true end-to-end journeys and segmentation and working with the ACE to determine the right audiences from prospect to member and member to prospect.

The MMJL will also lead a team of highly specialised Marketing Managers, who’s roles are to design, implement and enhance member journeys from first point of contact through to purchase and beyond, with accountability to drive insight to action and delivery of ROI and commercial viability from the investment. The MMJL will be deep in the insights and the segmentation driving a continuous strategy of test and learn, whilst working closely with the marketing teams on the careful orchestration of campaigns.

A deep understanding and background in MarTech, AdTech, data, commercial return/ROI, audience and segmentation is absolutely required, coupled with the creation of the strategic plan to drive member results is essential. The successful candidate will be skilled in cross-functional and/or agile work environments, and have a solid understanding of end-to-end journey creation, leading high performing teams, influencing key stakeholders and driving outcomes.
