About the Role

Telephone Sales Representative - Outbound Sales

As a Telephone Sales Representative - Outbound Sales, you will provide Uncommon Care to our customers. We are looking for you to bring your Human touch to this Call Centre role.

You will be making calls to potential customers shopping for Private Health and Life Insurance to guide them and provide them with advice so they can make the right healthcare choices for themselves and their families.

This is a full-time, hybrid position. When you work from the office, you’ll be based in our brand new, high-tech Parramatta Call Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Call potential HCF customers in response to marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Manage outbound calling campaigns and complete membership applications
  • Handle enquiries from new members with membership applications and questions about HCF Health and Life Products
  • Provide answers to any enquiries in a clear, non-technical manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information
  • Maintain accuracy of member information, reporting and sales pipeline

About You

  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service & sales
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre (preferably outbound and inbound activity)
  • Desire and commitment to work within a team dedicated to achieving team and individual performance objectives
  • A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
